“We ordered a 2' 8" carpet runner and received a 31" carpet runner. This does not work for us.”

“Stair runner looks very nice, we love the colour tartan style BUT when the fitter was nearly finished and just fitting last step he found a “fault” on the edge, where a thread and knot could be seen ( see photo) The thread end falls right on the corner of the bottom step and we have a genuine concern that the edge of the carpet may start to fray after a period of time after months or several years from now What a shame because we really like the carpet….,so with the concern of failure in the future can only give a low star rating”
