“Excellent quality! I only received one runner instead of two so I emailed runrug and the company got back to me within a few hours and the second runner came within two days. Great service! I will definitely order from them again.”

“Thank you Joe! Thank you Runrug! I had ordered some stair runner rods, and had not seen the end of the invoice to see the expected delivery date. It was the day my installer was leaving town! I talked to Joe stateside, and he and DHL got me the rods three days before the due date, in plenty of time for installation. Such a relief! Thanks to all involved. And the rods are beautiful to boot!”

“Lots of color choices and easy to narrow down what I needed to choose from. Runner is wide enough (unlike some 20 inch wide runners) to do the job. I love the multiple colors which not only coordinate with a nearby rug, but will also do a better job hiding any messes. Stays in place, too. And, I really appreciate that it came quickly and was shipped rolled up rather than those that are folded and shrink wrapped.”
