“Hallway runner and matching door mat. Unfortunately the two didn’t match in shade. Contacted the company and could not fault the customer service on rectifying the mistake. New runner dispatched immediately and other one uplifted. Easy transactions.”

“I left a 4 start due to slight inperfections on the 3 rugs, so I had to use a lighter to fix, due to a few litttle niks. The way the rugs where packaged means the sides curled up when laid flat. Lastly the rug quality was not the same as the website, seems like the image on the site was alot better then the real thing. The website was also very slow, the UI and web speed needs a look at. Otherwise the great things ware the choice of size you can selectand speed of delivery. May consider buy from here again.”

“The stair runners we bought are beautiful, it's just that both came longer than what we ordered and we weren't given any customer contact info from the company to contact about this. Seems like it would be more of a hassle to return them so we just made do with long runners. Now, they're pretty but they cover our stair landing and also extend out onto the floor before the stairs.”

“A nice value for money hallway runner. But I followed instructions to purchase longer than required and asked for it to be cut to length. Which didn’t happen! But the rug runner came on time and was good value and suits the area I wanted it for.”

“Very good quality runner swiftly delivered. Would have given it 5* but it is still slightly less than flat to the floor which is, I think, because it was wrapped so tightly. Don’t think this will be a problem.”

“I ordered a 20-foot carpet runner, but received only an 8-foot piece. I contacted Runrug and the customer support rep (Joe Riley) arranged to send me a 14-foot piece including a little extra to account for splicing, since I had already started installing the first piece - didn't notice length until too late. The new piece arrived but the colour was completely mismatched. Joe helped me with the return and with selecting a new pattern (the one we wanted was now out of stock) and sent the replacement 20-foot runner which worked fine. Some complications getting there, but Joe was very helpful and got us what we wanted with no additional charge to us, and gave us a discount because of the inconvenience.”

“Received my runner quickly but it was the wrong size. I e-mailed pictures showing incorrect size & received a quick reply & was informed a new rug would be despatched. Received it today & very happy with it.”

“The service is good. The delivery is on time, the colours of the rug is vibrant and good. However, the quality of the rug is not to my expectation. The rug is thin and seems to move about a bit even though with gel backing.”
