“Great rug , good robust quality for what I wanted . Just one gripe. The rug was rolled tightly with the backing on the outside which meant the rug would not lay flat . Just roll them with the top side on the outside of the roll so that on upwrapping it doesn’t pull up at the corners. My rug has a stong gel backing and it’s rather stiff . It rolled around like a cylinder when I unfolded it and took days to lie flat.”

“Love my hallway runner. There is so much choice of rugs on the website too. Very good quality. Much better than what I'd seen elsewhere. Also ordered the underlay to keep it in place. Also delivery on time and prompt replies to my enquiries prior to me ordering”

“Runrug provide runners of various lengths and widths, which not all suppliers do. They were very when we phoned up to amend the order. The runner was very well packaged and efficiently dispatched. I will certainly use Runrug again.”

“They sent the wrong colour rug but sent me a replacement straight away the customer support was good and arranged for a courier to pick up rug going back from me as I am disabled”
