“You send texts that state "20% off" and yet you don't change your prices from the previous amount shown.”

Hi there, Thanks for letting us know. We’re sorry for the confusion around the 20% discount. I can confirm that this is automatically applied to all of our eligible products on site automatically. So for example on the product you ordered, the full price for this should have been $33.75, although you have paid $27. This is done on the product page itself and shown with the two prices to demonstrate the exact saving to all of our customers.
