“I have previously sent this message,love the runners quality great as for delivery,I ordered next day but didn't come till following day reason being that I put my order in at 12.01 and should have been before 12.00, as a 70 yr old not as quick on iPad if obviously took me longer.just thought bit petty being charged next day delivery.”

“Have bought from this company before and was delighted with previous purchases. However, disappointed with this runner, it has been cut squint., which is not helpful when the rug has lines on it! Unfortunately, did not notice it was cut squint until we had altered it ourselves (to go round floor units) and laid it , by which time it was too late to return.”

“Good quality but almost impossible to get it to lie flat. After more than a week the corners still curl up which is dangerous. I have laid it face down and weighted the corners, but nothing seems to work. Can you send it with a central tube to stop it being rolled so tightly?”

We understand your suggestion about sending the rug with a central tube to help prevent it from being rolled tightly, and we truly appreciate your input. “I’m not happy with the service of this product at all. Your definition of bespoke is very confusing if you look at the description and that would be spoke it says that is adding additional feet to the standard drop downs. You won’t return my product because mine is the wrong size and I did not order any additional fee I only ordered what was on the drop-down that is not be spoke.”

On the product that you have purchased, we do advise on the listing, above the size option selections that this product is a bespoke made to order item, and as such it is non returnable. I can see at the moment that a member of our team is working to investigate whether we can have an additional piece of the product sent out to yourself to allow you to complete your staircase. At the moment we are looking to confirm that we are able to match the batch and colour exactly that you have to previously received. “I only put 4 stars because whilst the items ordered are very good, i was sent a wrong item which I needed to return. Although Runrug gave me a link to print a label, it assumes I had a phone & printer and that an Asda store was near my place. As it turns out I do not have a phone nor a printer nor a Asda near me. I had to ask favours from friends in order to do this whilst the company should have come and pick it up as it was their mistake not mine.”
