“Just received my beautiful zebra print hall runner. Very fast & efficient service. Ordered Thursday & arrived just 2 days later. Well packaged, & just what I was looking for. “I ordered an item and was informed it was out of stock immediately. Customer service offered a similar product that was available at no extra charge and shipped it immediately. Wonderful service. The runner we ordered works well in a commercial environment but is nothing I would want in my home. It is simply cut from a roll with no finish on the ends. I expected that but would want others to know it is a very practical offering at a fair price.”

“I was very happy with the look and feel of the Aztec Beige runner the minute I unrolled it. It's beautiful, feels sturdy and fits perfectly under a very low door. I loved that I was able to customize the length because I was working with an odd space. My only negative observation is that I assumed a 9' rug would measure exactly 9' but it's almost 9'10". Luckily, it fits where I needed it so I didn't have to return it. I will definitely buy more in the future.”

“Excellent service. Made a small error in size when I ordered runner and emailed company to change it. Received a reply very quickly and also a refund for the difference in price. Delivery was fantastic and that was with the recent bad weather. Would definitely recommend Runrug.”

“I’m very impressed with the quality of the rug. It does not slip about at all and sits flush on the floor. It fits perfectly and the colour and pattern are just right. We bought it to stop our dog from slipping and it does just the job. Very happy.”
