“Delivery was fast and efficient, thank you Runrug! Rugs themselves were ok quality, finished well but a bit thinner than expected. Also, quite slippery on a wooden floor, so had to add anti slip material underneath.”

“I would have given this rug a 5 but I'm disappointed that it s not non slip, I'm hoping it will settle down but at the moment everytime I walk on it it ripples and I keep tripping, the rug itself is wonderful perfect colour and texture, and the delivery was excellent, I just wish it was non slip.”

“Great selection to choose from. Ordering was really easy. Sadly the first runner was damaged and the incorrect colour. However, the team were really straightforward to deal with and a replacement and return was organised for a few days later. The new runner is correct and looks marvellous.”

“Ordering online was easy and straightforward. Delivery to our home was timely and without any hassle. The rug looks great in our hallway and makes the space more cosy and inviting. My only suggestion would be to have the border on the ends match the borders on the sides as the end borders are thinner than the sides but overall we are very happy with our purchase.”
