“Really good runners that lay quite flat but being a runner in our hall laid over a carpet to protect it, they do tend to move around and have to be moved back into place fairly regularly!”

“Very swift order supply ....unfortunately the item ordered showed a different colour to that on the site .. .a shame really as it would have completed our Redecoration .. A good product overall but the shade difference in reality forced us to return. Good company communication and service ....wrong shade . Henry Bradish”

Hi Henry, We are disappointed to hear that the product didn't quite match our images. It can be quite difficult sometimes to get a true representation from images online due to a number of factors including screen resolution, lighting in the studio compared to your home and of course simply poor imagery to name a few. We are now reviewing the imagery and will look to get these corrected and updated. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused. “Fast, on time delivery, good quality carpet BUT the carpet grippers were rubbish, the gripper nails were not even, some stuck straight up through the carpet, some fell out before fitting! Some of the timber strips were so weak they broke before they could be nailed to the stairs. Would definitley use again for the carpet but NOT the grippers.”

“I am generally wary of buying this type of product on line as you can’t see/ feel the item. However I took the risk and certainly was not disappointed The quality and look is very much fit for purpose with good value for money. The colours and patterns were exactly as shown on line I would recommend this supplier”

“Can’t believe they can send a long runner as such well intact, looking wonderful in our 1860s hallway. Only thought is it seems shorter than ordered…we did order a custom length but we think it did not go through I guess. Otherwise very pleased.”

“Great communication and fast delivery. I love my new rug. Good quality and it looks great. Colours are not as vibrant as I expected but it's not a huge issue. Underlay was ok Only down point were the grippers, not really fit for purpose on a thicker carpet but otherwise I'm happy with purchase”
