We understand that it’s frustrating not to have your order yet, and we appreciate your honesty in leaving a review despite the circumstances. We are currently working with the courier to make sure that your order is with you as soon as possible, as we appreciate that the delivery has taken far longer than the 3-5 days that we expect. At the moment it is due to be with you on January 21st, but we are looking to bring that forwards if possible! “Lovely rug. I was advised that I would get an email advising me that the rug was on it's way and I would be able to track it. This did NOT happen and it was fortuitous that I was actually in at home when the rug arrived. This is the only complaint I have everything else was fine.”

“Lots of color choices and easy to narrow down what I needed to choose from. Runner is wide enough (unlike some 20 inch wide runners) to do the job. I love the multiple colors which not only coordinate with a nearby rug, but will also do a better job hiding any messes. Stays in place, too. And, I really appreciate that it came quickly and was shipped rolled up rather than those that are folded and shrink wrapped.”

“I did not receive my rug. Last night a person came to my door. It was dark outside and the person failed to reveal his identity. He did have a bulky package in his arms. No note was left to indicate that an attempt to deliver a rug was made.Carolyn Bogar”
