“Runrug have not been much help with my return”

I can see a more recent message from yourself advising that your local Asda store had advised that they do not offer this service, for which we can only apologise. Of course we can only act on the information provided to us by Asda which is that all of their stores accept returns. “Extremely pleased with the quality. The runners arrived in a timely manner, which was a pleasant surprise, since they were shipped from the United Kingdom. I wish the company offered services to bind the raw edges. We had to find someone local to do that for us. I'm confident the runners with service us well in the years to come.”

We do offer a range of products with an anti slip backing, although the range you have selected does have a hessian back - we can support with additional anti slip underlay if needed though! Looking at your order I can see that the piece of our product you have ordered is our 30cm long doormat size option, as we cut the products to suit your exact size. “I ordered a large hallway runner in black tartan. Its absolutely stunning. Even though it was rolled up for delivery it instantly laid flat. Beautiful quality and exactly how it looked online. I can not recommend them highly enough”
