“I found Runrug using Google, and hadn't heard of them before, I'm glad I did! They offered the product I had been looking for, and it was easy to order. All costs were transparent, and the delivery was fast and efficient, with notifications all the way, to make sure I knew when my runner was arriving. I try to buy British, when possible, so was great to be able to support a British company.”

“LOVE this new runner! What a quality piece.....fits great, and I was shocked at the selection of your 2' runners (this seems to be an 'off' size at a lot of other places). When I compared the prices here with other on-line rugs, I was hesitant at first, but once I received the runner and placed it, I realized you absolutely get what you pay for. On top of all this, I will admit after placing the order I saw that it would be shipped from the UK and my heart sank, envisioning a looong wait. Was super impressed when the runner came in 5 days (and this included over a weekend). Would Absolutely recommend RunRug to anyone looking for a rug/runner.”

“Ordered (8007454114) runner that was lost as ready for shipment but it was not and didn't ship for for than a week. Now, more than two weeks later it has not arrived and the DHL website has no expected delivery date.”
