“I have given 5stars for the quality however paying for next day delivery then receiving it 2days later I was not impressed. Especially as the email said it would be delivered next day then receiving an email from dHL saying it’s a day later. A refund for delivery is the least that should happen”

“Very efficient company and speedy delivery. The on Y gripe is that the carpets are not truly custom as I wanted 2.3 metres as 2.4 metres was too long, but had to order 2.1 metres”

“Prices were decent but items were shipped in cheap plastic that was ripped & coming off the carpet runners. Had it been raining or snowing it would have been a disaster and we were fortunate that the items weren't snagged/torn. For what I paid, shipping needs to be better.”

Looking at your order I can see that you have selected the 30cm option from our dropdown listing, which is our sample / doormat size offering. We offer our customers a selection of sizes ranging from 30cm (1foot) through to 100m (100 feet) so that we can always give you the perfect fit.
