“The rug I ordered was not worth the money so I'm trying to return it, but it's not made very easy to return, they really need to put return labels in the parcel so if you want to return it it's simple”

“I previously bought a 7ft runner for a guest bathroom and was extremely satisfied with the high quality and speed of delivery that I received. Upon completion of renovating our home I decided to buy the exact same runner of 18ft for our hallway. It is gorgeous! It also shipped from Leeds in the UK, cleared Customs and was delivered to us near Lake Tahoe NV in 4 days by DHL. AMAZING!”
