“Very happy with all aspects of the runner I ordered, apart from the colour which was just down to photography and one of the many problems sometimes we all encounter when ordering from the internet. I was after a tael, cream and either dark grey or black stripe runner, but ended up ordering a tael, cream and dark navy blue! My own fault I guess!”

“The prices for hall and stair carpet runners are undoubtedly very good - with the helpful installation instructions on the website I was able to carpet my hallway and stairs for less than half the quote from Carpet Right. That said, a lot of the saving comes not only from doing the work myself (perfectly possible, if you take your time and give it some thought), but also I chose not to use underlay. The price of the carpet is, to be fair, reflected in the quality - the pile is neither thick nor deep, and touching it does feel clearly polyester, nothing like wool. As for durability and stain resistance.... time will tell. It is very helpful that they can provide matching larger pieces of carpet to do landings etc. and these can be bound round the edges at no extra cost. Service is efficient, everything was in stock and it was delivered a few days after ordering. The delivery service was efficient and called me shortly before delivery to ensure I was in, as I had requested.”

“The runner is fine but the non-slip underlay does not stick to the back of the runner, so does not function correctly. I would use you again”

“I ordered the runners to brighten the new carpets we had just laid. They where a good price and we knew the quality was not going to be top notch but we got a good product that will do the job we required. I am very happy with the service delivery and price.”

“I ordered a runner for my hall. It was a cheap solution to brighten up the hall before it gets decorated. It was just as described, reasonable quality and adequate for the price. Would I buy from them again? Yes and I would recommend them.”

“My new rescue Cat was clawing the carpet in the Hall,what can I do to keep the cat and save the carpet. I contacted Carpet Runners and bought 12' of see thru runner. It has solved the problem now what can I do about the chair cushions.”
