“Been well treated (so far) I've been allowed to return a runner that wasn't suitable for my home,now waiting to see when monies are being returned,my present runner is from here and when monies returned will purchase another”

“Very good website and easy to use. Unfortunately the carpet did not suit our decor so we had to return it. However the return process was clear and easy to use. We would certainly use Carpetrunners again.”

“The items I ordered were fine, just as expected from the very good website, and at a good price. They tried hard to make the whole transaction smooth, with plentiful (- maybe in view of the following, too much! -) information updates. Sadly, despite their efforts, something went a bit wrong with the delivery. I ordered on Friday, and had acknowledgement immediately. On Monday I received notification that the delivery would be on Tuesday and arranged to be at home. On Tuesday morning I was given a 1 hour window when the delivery would occur in the afternoon. Just before that time I then received an apology that the parcel was still in Hull (?) en route to me in Suffolk, so it would not be that day after all. I then decided to go out, and as I was about to leave the house, met the delivery driver with the delivery in his arms! But all well, even if not entirely to plan, and I shall certainly use them again, and would recommend, thanks. Actually feel sorry for them that something went a bit awry, but no problem, as it happened.”

“Happy with product and delivery. Ordered runners slightly longer than standard but written confirmation did not show new size. I was therefore unsure until I received them that they would be correct length. Underlay very expensive and not very effective on carpet.”

“The runner that I bought was lovely but unfortunately not suitable as it was thick pile and we could not shut the doors without moving it out of the way. I was able to return it with no question and returning was easy as I took it to a local store. The only issue I would have is that I had to pay £15.00 to return it as I had not requested this return within 48 hours of receiving it. I had been busy and not unpacked it for a few days so missed the time slot without realising.”

“Very happy with the purchase, ease of ordering and speed of dealing with the order. Would recommend Carpet Runners UK. However, you were let down by APC who delivered the parcel. I was informed it would be delivered on Fri 20th Jan. It wasn't. The tracking details did not work. Having gone into their national website I found the local depot. Unable to get any response from the customer service number on Sat morning. After several attempts I did get through on Monday 23. They had no explanation for failing to deliver when promised. I received the parcel on Mon 23rd in the afternoon. If a carrier company cannot keep to its promised delivery date I expect them to email me with an update.”

“Excellent - colour(terracotta) great - only criticism is that it is a bit light and may be inclined to curl up at the edges. Otherwise great.. Arrived quickly - well packed.”

“Excellent service over the phone. I had tried to order on line but the discount code you had sent me wouldn't work. The runner arrived within 3 days of ordering and is now down in the hall. the runner is certainly value for money. Thank you”
