“Nothing wrong with the goods,or the service from the firm's point of view. However, the goods took some time in arriving, so someone should look at finding a better carrier. Then it would be 5 stars.”

“Very pleased with the carpet runner I purchased.Looks very good in our porch. Only problem we had, nothing to do with Carpet Runners was that the delivery firm that brought the carpet delivered it to the next street up which had the same house number . Fortunately the gentleman knew me and brought it down. Definitely would purchase from Carpet Runners again. Thank you !”

“Delivery was really quick. Really good value altough the carpet is a bit in the thin side. You don't need a slip mat underneath as it's built in to the carpet. Very happy.”

“I thought it said it is black and white but it is black and cream.. More on the yellow tone . Still looks nice but against the white skirting boards and doors it looks more yellowish cream. Still wouldn't bother to send it back as its ok the way it is. Fast delivery And good service.”

“Carpet samples arrived very quickly important when you cant feel a carpet online! Only slight criticism was a sample of a patterned carpet only had a plain area sample so a consideration for future samples especially when paid for. Samples didn't suit my application but seemed ideal for a kitchen/tiled hallway runner.”

“Very happy being able to buy a runner to measure the exact length of my hall. Runner is of good quality. I liked being able to view pictures of your stock in a hall setting and also close ups. The ordering system was easy and delivery very fast. Our only problem was that it was delivered a few hours before the time given. We were lucky to be at home. We would be happy to buy from you again.”

“The website was very good to navigate everything clear and precise. Exceptional variety of types and colours. Only one little thing, when one pays for next day guaranteed delivery, it should be the next day, and not two days after ordering which happened to me. Otherwise good service, the gentleman on the telephone was polite and knowledgable. Would use again and recommend”

“very pleased with the carpet runner and the delivery time, how ever the cost of posting it to France was I feel too expensive costing as much as the actual carpet. I can only presume it is a fix rate and not a relevent rate for the size or weight of the package ......this was disappointing .”

“Found the site very easy to get around. Plenty of choice to choose from and competitively priced.I would have given 5 stars but delivery let you down. I ordered on the Friday it was supposed to be 1-2 days delivery but I did not get my delivery until about 5pm on the Wednesday which meant staying in each day. Would still use and recommend you.”
