“We are happy with our carpet runner which arrived quickly and was as described. A bit expensive for what it is, but the hassle-free buying experience, good choice of product and overall quality of the product meant we were satisfied with our purchase. It sits flat on the laminate floor, doesn't move much and picks up all the dirt! Would buy again and recommend.”

“your vidio shows a no slip rubber backing to the carpet. this may work on ahard floor but there is still "creep" when layed over a existing fitted carpet Have you asolution???”

“The carpets were substantial and look hard wearing. In my opinion, they are very good value for money. They arrived promptly and I would use the company again. However, I have knocked a star off because the hallway runner I ordered was not cut straight at either end which meant I had to find a way of doing it myself which was a total pain. It also meant I lost some of the length.”

“This anti slip underlay works best to eliminate slip on a long runner where the size of the underlay is close to the size of the runner. A smaller rug where the size match is not so good still gives a great improvement but not quite so complete elimination of the problem.”

“customer service excellent, very helpful on the phone and prompt delivery. However despite using the anti-slip underfelt the runner still walks and creases, requiring frequent re-positioning to avoid tripping.”

“When the carpet was delivered there was a small black mark on it, I contacted them and they were very apologetic and worked quickly to help. They agreed this was not acceptable and sent a cleaning product to remove the mark, there was no need for a replacement as this spray brought the mark right off and can be used on many carpets and fabrics. A pleasing result and a pleasure to do business with.”

“Fantastic company and excellent quality product. I was really impressed with the chap I spoke to very helpful. I had asked if the carpet length could be cut to a certain size which they advised was done. On arrival the carpet was cut slightly to short and as it is in a recess is a bit noticeable. Not a train smash as it still works beautifully and I'm extremely happy. Thank you very much”

“Very happy with hallway runner on arrival. A little bit of confusion on first ordering as told it was despatched & then two hours later was told they didn’t have enough on the roll to fulfil the order. However attempt number 2 was much more successful & order arrived within 24 hours.”

“I wanted two runners that were the same design but different lengths for two different hallways. I was delighted to find that I could order to size (both width and length) . I ordered them on the Sunday and they arrived on the Thursday. The quality of the runners is very high and they look wonderful against my dark wood flooring. I also ordered anti- slip underlay which at the time I thought was probably a bit expensive but figured I'd need it. It's excellent and worth every penny! Myself and my son has such a laugh running and skidding on the runners in an attempt to move them, but nope, they weren't budging! My only negative is that I changed my delivery date to a day when I would be home. Although I received a conformation email of my new date it still arrived on the original date meaning the order was left outside (in a semi safe place). This is obviously an issue with the delivery company , not Carpet Runners themselves. Overall I'm super happy.”

“I’ve used this website twice now and have found it easy enough to use. I haven’t had a problem with either order so haven’t had to contact the company. The rug underlay is super and as a product should be given a gold star! The underlay sticks to the floor and the rug so there’s no slippage and the rug stays firmly in place. It’s not great to wash but they’re cheap enough to replace so I don’t mind buying again every once in a while. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Carpet is nice and thick and sticks well to the floor with the backing material but this should be marginally narrower than the runner so you can't see the edges.”

“Dealing with Carpet Runners was a very easy experience and I would recommend them if looking for a quality product with great service, however I did not have such a good review to advise about the carrier they use DPD who managed to deliver my runner to someone else and which only came to light once I had phoned them to say that I had not got it even though there tracking service stated I had! The driver responsible did go back to retrieve it from where he had left it but then just left it outside my home to find upon my return, even though my husband was in waiting to sign for it. My recommendation to Carpet Runners is to change their courier service to someone else!”

“Lovely, high quality and non slip carpet runner, perfect for my long hallway. Very impressed with the quality and looks good. It's a good thickness and I am very happy with it. It would have been 5 stars but I was told it would be delivered on the Tuesday, and on the day I got a text to say the package hadn't been received by the delivery company yet, so it actually came on the Thursday meaning I had to make other arrangements to receive the parcel.”

“it took some time for me to be able to compile this review due to the fact that we only actually open the boxes over a month after we received them. All was in order and the job is now completed and looking great, On the negative side was only my miss calculation on the rods, I am 1 rod short and i will be ordering in the near future. Thank you for the great advice I received from your representative on the phone, the speedy delivery and also the fact that not having checked the what had been sent I din't notice that the rods were not included but without any prompting on my part, the rods arrived a few days later.”
