“I’ve recently moved into a new property, and these runners immediately made it feel more comfortable and homely. I bought both a hall runner and a kitchen runner, and they work really well together while still suiting each space. The quality feels great, they stay flat without slipping, and they handle high-traffic areas easily. Fast delivery and a great price as well, really pleased with both and would definitely recommend.””

“I had samples sent to my house, picked one out and then ordered it and you sent me a different color of that rock. When I reached out, you guys said that the sample was marked wrong. I am going to use the rug, although it’s not what I wanted because I just can’t go through the return of it all.”

“I ordered 2 runners of Ancient Gardens. Exceeded expectations in all aspects. Soft plush pile, sharp outlines of the pattern, beautiful design without blurred edges, laid flat within 3 days. Didn't need any type of carpet padding - was like walking on grass as soon as it was down. I don't know who likes it best, my husband or the cat.”

“Hopefully the issues I had have no been resolved and I look forward to receiving the replacement runner to match the rug. Thanks to their customer service department. The rug and runner in this style/colourway is very good quality at a great price. I do think the company should put it on their website that they have 2 colour ways in this particular design which differs according to the width you order. It would save a lot of confusion.”

“Great selection and really easy to order what I wanted. Was able to order the exact size. The runner arrived quite quickly considering it's made to measure, and is even better than I was expecting. Beautiful thick carpet, so soft underfoot, lovely design and far too nice really to use as a runner in our hall. Beautifully finished. I'm really pleased with it and would definitely buy again from this company.”

“The most important requirement was a hall runner that was non slip and this definately fulfilled that need. It looks good, arrived swiftly and lays flat on the floor. The ability to choose the size was excellent it was just a shame that both ends had not been cut straight, which made cutting to the correct length was very difficult”

“I did a Google search for a hall runner and this company came up. I have never used them before, but I certainly will in rhe future. They have an extensive range of rugs and runners, all with photos and clear descriptions. Ordering is straight forward and the rug arrived very quickly, before the due date. Excellent service and we think the runner looks lovely in our small lobby.”

“Excellent experience all round. Sadly, the company found our original order was damaged before sending so there was a delay while we waited for a replacement but the communication was excellent and a replacement was sent immediately once back in stock. As for the rug itself, we can't fault it. It's exactly what we wanted and the quality is excellent. It's one of the few places we found that could supply the length of rug we wanted. Excellent!”
