“I purchased a hall runner and door mat in a dark grey . When they arived they were far darker nearly black in fact . I telephoned customer service who were very helpful and said i could return them free of charge . We looked at the options for return and our only option was the post office . However this cost over £11. I contacted cudtimer services and told them . They asked for a copy of the post office receipt which i emailed to them. The following day ii received a complete refund for the both items and the postage. Very impressed with runrug and their customer service.”

“This is my 2nd order with Runrug and, as before, I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the speed in which it arrived. Communications with updates were spot on and my rug arrived exactly as promised. The hardest part is choosing as one rug out of their large range. I needed long 390cm so Runrug is perfect for choice.”

“I ordered stair rods for my already existing runner. The first order came in a quick amount of time especially considering it came from England. The rods ended up being too dark in color for my taste so I exchanged them. That was pretty easy. They sent me a return label at no cost to me. Packing the rods back up the way that they came was the hardest part. As soon as they received the stair rods back that I returned they sent out my new order. It didn't come as quickly the second time but that was not their fault. It was due to the snow/ice storm we got here on the east coast of the US. I think the quality of the rods and brackets are very nice. I installed them myself. I did have a few screws shear off so go lightly with a drill if you use that to put the screws in. I am very happy with my purchase. Their customer service was great and very helpful. 5 stars for Runrug!”

“I have used Runrug before. They were as good this time. Unfortunately there was a slight flaw in the hall runner when I received it, having spoken to Joe he was quick to arrange a replacement which arrived exactly when they said it would. Thank you very much.”
