“I'm disappointed with the company we bought a defective carpet came and they didn't try to solve the problem although on the other hand thank God they returned our money”

“I’ve had the 3 Runrugs for over 2 years now and they have really saved the new carpet that was installed. Only wish there was a way to prevent them from moving around on the carpet. Thanks”

Hi Robert, Thanks for your review. We’re glad the rugs have helped to protect your carpet. We do understand it can be frustrating trying to keep them in place on top of existing carpet. Naturally, carpets have a moving pile so the runner will always move along with it! We do sell a fleece-like anti-slip underlay which can help to reduce the movement, perhaps this would be worth looking at? Thank you. Kind Regards, Team Runrug

“The two runners we bought looked quite thick on the images. However they are actually quite light - which suits us. They were replacing two worn out ones - 24 paws and 4 feet!!, which were very similar in weight. We know from experience they shampoo well and are very happy with them.”
