“Ordered one day, delivered within 48 hours! Excellent rug - unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size so phoned Runrug to ask the next steps to returning the rug. Extremely helpful lady who emailed me the procedure and also a return label. So easy….am already thinking of replacing another rug and would have no hesitation in using Runrug again.”

“Love these rugs & wish I’d found this company sooner. Outstanding service too. Will absolutely be my go-to company for rugs. Placed order for one rug and it was delivered much sooner than advised. Ordered second rug over the weekend and realised on Monday that I’d selected the incorrect size. Phoned them and they changed the size for me over the phone - and the rug was delivered the next day. Can not fault service like this. What an amazing experience. 10/10”

“A very good company to buy rugs from. I ordered the wrong size initially and then re-ordered the correct the size. Their customer team were superb when I contacted them to explain that I needed to make a return. Great customer and overall service - thoroughy reccomend this company”

“The rugs are wonderful and I'm thankful for the ability to get the exact length I want in a runner rug. But everytime I try to use any coupon, the system will take it, but when I check out, I get charged the regular price. It has now happened twice and makes me not want to use this site anymore. Hope they fix it.”

“This is my second time buying runner rugs from them and very happy with purchase and service. Great selection and quality. I have bought super long ones for the kitchen and custom cut for my porch and they are still going, as new, after a year. I replaced the kitchen this week only because it was grubby and husband tipped a tray of hot fat on it so it had to go. 🙈 other than that it had many years left in it.”

“I am absolutely satisfied with my orders and they looked great. Runrug customer service is phenomenal. After my order went through, I had a little concern about the length. I sent e-mail and response was timely and assuring. What ordered should be ideal and as they suggested, it fitted perfectly. I would recommend Rugrun to anyone for their needs related to stair runners. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture to upload at this time.”
