“Well I have to say....I had no idea I was ordering from an overseas company. However, the postage was absolutely incredibly fast. Australia post could learn a thing or two from you guys. The plastic packaging was damaged so maybe it needs to be enclosed with a stronger product that doesn't pull apart so easily. Only 1/4 of the mat had protection from the packaging. The mat seems ok just hope it hasn't weakened any parts of the mat. Thank you.”

“Good quality hardwearing runner for the entrance hall, bought the underlay and the mat stays put on top of carpet which I was really pleased about as others I've tried slide all over. Delivery was super fast runner arrived within 2 days of ordering.”

“The service I received was top-class. I was returning one of the two rugs I had ordered and was given all the help I needed to do this at no charge. I was impressed. Then I decided to keep the second rug as I realised the colours would work in the bedroom. Bravo!”

Hi Evelyn, Thank you for leaving us a review. The product you have purchased does not require a bound edge. This is shown quite clear in the images provided on our website. If we were to add a bind to this style of rug, it would potentially damage it. It is manufactured in such a way that it will not pull or fray. With regards to the border being uneven, I am very sorry about this. This is not something that we have witnessed on this range before. “It wasn’t what I had expected. Although I loved the idea of custom sizing since my area iOS not standard, it was not quality for an indoor area. This was most definitely an outdoor material. Rough to walk on , no backing. I will not use it in the area for which I purchased it for.”

Hi Lupita, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that it wasn't what you expected. As it explains in the product description, the Aztec range has quite a firm feel and they offer very little comfort. This range is not made to be plush and luxurious, it is made to be durable and practical. Typically, this type of carpet is used in offices, schools, shops etc. It also has a black rubber backing, this is of course what makes the product non-slip. “I bought an 11ft long runner for my entrance hallway. It arrived very quickly. ( Several days before they said it would.) The quality of this runner is amazing. It feels very soft on the feet and is nice and thick. I am extremely happy with it and would highly recommend.Runrug.”

Hi Charles, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As I hope you can appreciate, our rugs are prepared for our customers at 'any length'! This means that our customers can choose how long they would like it to be. Naturally, as the rugs are cut from a larger roll at specific lengths, the pattern will not always be equal for the full length of the rug. This is quite common with runners. I apologise but this cannot really be avoided, as if we were to prepare the rugs this way, we would have a very large surplus of stock, which we could not use.
