“We ordered a particular length for our hallway and it's perfect. The colour and design are accurately represented on the website and the pile is nice and tight, so should be very hard wearing as well as easily cleaned, but it's softer on the feet than a jute-type runner; our Dachshund loves it! Delivered on time only a few days after ordering. Excellent value and quality and has been much admired already by several visitors.”

“First time buying from runrug and I can tell you that I was very pleased. I emailed them with a question and they got back to me quickly. I ordered the runner I wanted and it was delivered very quickly. I am very pleased with the runner. It is excellent quality and value .Will recommend this company.”

“Original choice ordered but was found to be damaged so not despatched and as is always it was the last one and has been discontinued. Found an alternative but more expensive. Helpful customer service staff.”
