Hi Maya, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The product you have purchased is listed as being only 2mm thick and is suitable for outdoor and indoor use. Therefore, I am afraid it isn't a plush, thick pile rug. It is also not uncommon for rugs to curl up at the corners, especially if they have been tightly rolled up for transportation. This can cause the fibres to become compressed, and as a result, the corners may appear to curl up when the rug is unrolled and laid out in your home. However, this is not a sign of any manufacturing defect or quality issue with the rug. It may take a bit of time for the rug to fully acclimatise and for the corners to lay flat. “I have yet to receive my order. As of this am my package is still in Cincinnati OH, USA. I live in central Canada. Your tracking states my parcel is expected to be delivered by end of day and that is extremely doubtful.”
