“We are very happy with the pattern and the quality of the two runners we ordered. We especially appreciate that the edges are bound and the backing looks durable. Excellent rugs. Unfortunately, our shipment was held up in customs clearance for several days which made the scheduled delivery over 1 week late.”

“First of all Joe at customer services is lovely and helpful but I received my hallway runners and one of them is not cut straight I wish I had read some reviews before I ordered as some of them negative due to cutting . The problem to return and get another is a faff but downside of ordering online”

“The process of getting exactly the length of runners that I needed and area rugs to match was simple and straight forward. I made an error in ordering the color of one of my carpets and Runrug corrected it without question. I have had my rugs and runners for more than a year and a half now and am still 100% satisfied. If I need anymore in the future, I will start with Runrug.”

“I purchased a runner in L30 x W60. The color looks just like it does on the website, and the length and width were exactly what I expected. It did take a while to arrive, which I understand may be because it was custom-sized. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I received it because one end of the rug was already coming apart. The stitching appeared to be either improperly done or had come undone before I even received the rug. I seriously considered returning it, but knowing that it had already taken a long time to arrive, I didn’t want to go through the process and wait even longer for a replacement. I decided to keep it and am still using it. I’m leaving this honest review so future customers are aware of my experience. I’m not saying the product itself is bad—it may simply be that mine was not finished properly. However, for what I paid, receiving a rug with an obvious stitching defect was very disappointing. At the time, I honestly felt like I had wasted my money. I still use the rug, but unfortunately, every time I notice the damaged stitching, I’m reminded of this experience and that I probably wouldn’t purchase from this company again. I’m giving it 2 stars solely because of my experience with the quality and condition of the item I received.”
