“Runrug made buying the runner for our front hall easy! Runrug's superpower is their excellent customer service. If you try to contract them and they are busy at the moment, you get a return call or email soon after. The rug is beautiful, and just like the photo. The only complaint I have is with their subcontracted delivery group, DHL. I clearly gave instructions on DHL's app to type in the door code, which I spelled out for them. When I gave DHL the door code, they should have used it and left the delivery inside the front door. But instead they left it on the porch, where it could have gotten stolen. Luckily, I was quick to get the newly delivered package inside the building. Thank you Runrug! I would definitely recommend you to anybody looking for a beautiful runner rug, backed by excellent customer service.”

“I purchased the Bidjar Red Kitchen Carpet Runner for £137 with next working day delivery, and it arrived very quickly as promised. Before placing my order, I contacted customer service with a question and received a very quick response, which gave me confidence in the company. The overall measurements are correct at 330 x 100 cm, which was the size I selected from the available options. However, the rug has been cut unevenly on both sides, so it does not look straight when laid down. The pattern also does not align properly from one side of the runner to the other, which appears to be a defect in the original roll. Combined with the uneven cutting, this makes the rug look noticeably crooked. For the amount of money spent, I expected much better quality control and attention to detail. The sizing may be correct overall, but the finish and appearance are not what I would expect from a rug at this price point. On a positive note, after a month and a half of use, the rug is holding up well and appears durable. Overall, delivery was fast, customer service was responsive before the purchase, the selected size was correct, and the rug seems hard-wearing. However, the uneven cutting and pattern alignment defects were disappointing for a product costing £137.”

“Quite a selection available on the website. Not yet ready to use the runners. But have opened them out to inspect. Although a bit more expensive, they certainly are an upgrade to the existing ones. Delivery was as promised.”
