“Love the rug! DHL tracking service is terrible. When doing a chat with them, they give you the same information that you can see for yourself! Tried to email Runrug but was unsuccessful.”

“CRITERIA: Needed non-slip (to cover lino), thick pile, cleanable runner(s) to keep kitchen floor warm. Jigsaw shape floor - different sections have different widths, obstacles such as pipes, breakfast bars, stepped, hence several pieces in different dimensions to cover as much as possible. I didn't want to cut the runners myself to fit in case they started to fray. And my mum insisted no runner near sinks/washing machine as she fears water spillage. RESEARCH: tried some stores, then looked online for kitchen rugs, also threw up door mats - later realised runners better search term. RUNRUG seemed to offer a variety. PATTERN/STYLE: Chose this design (terracotta) as a lovely warm colour, cheerful on dark days, yet would show up obvious stains or things dropped during cooking. SIZE: options are limited. I thought I would need 2-3 to cover as much as possible but only ordered one to test out. Price very reasonable, quick delivery before Christmas 2025. Had item 3 months, not tried cleaning other than normal vacuuming. Well pleased. Hope to order another when I can find where I wrote previous room measurements.”

“Ordered Country Herringbone biscotti hall runner. It arrived within 2 days. Colour is good, appears hardwearing and doesn’t obviously show the dirt. Feels thick and sticks well with the mesh underlay on our hardwood floor. Very pleased with it”

“I purchased a hall runner and door mat in a dark grey . When they arived they were far darker nearly black in fact . I telephoned customer service who were very helpful and said i could return them free of charge . We looked at the options for return and our only option was the post office . However this cost over £11. I contacted cudtimer services and told them . They asked for a copy of the post office receipt which i emailed to them. The following day ii received a complete refund for the both items and the postage. Very impressed with runrug and their customer service.”
