“Love the rugs but I measured it wrong and was unable to return i didn’t see an option to return it”

“Sehr gute und schnelle Abwicklung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Der Treppenläufer ist etwas steifer als gedacht, so dass uns ca. 4 cm fehlen. Dies sollte man bei der Maßangabe berücksichtigen. Trotzdem gefällt er uns sehr gut”

Hallo, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Schön zu hören, dass die Abwicklung schnell war und du insgesamt zufrieden bist. Dass der Treppenläufer etwas steifer ist und ca. 4 cm fehlen, nehmen wir als Hinweis zur Maßangabe ernst. Trotzdem freut es uns, dass er dir insgesamt gefällt. “The rugs ordered are perfect for the job and seem very good quality. Delivery scheduling was a bit sketchy and it was only after I enquired that I got some idea of when they would arrive. Customers in Australia etc. need to realise that this company is based in the U.K. and deliveries could take longer.”
