“The hall runner was delivered very quickly. It unrolled without any need to flatten out and fits the hall perfectlly. It is slightly darker than expected but it's not a problem. Very pleased with the pattern and the texture. And it doesn't slip!”

We have checked the tracking on your order and it does show that DHL attempted to make the delivery to yourself on two occasions, before the third successful attempt, but unfortunately you were not home to take the delivery. We do ask DHL to ensure that the products are given to the customer directly whenever possible to reduce the chance of theft or damage from the elements. “Beautiful rug! Great quality! Need to make sure you fold over bottom and top before cutting to avoid fringing.. It took approximately 3 hrs; we were replacing a runner so nails and padding was already in place.. Rug came very quickly too!”

“The rugs are good the service is good however the extra discount for signing up to receive latest deals etc has never ever worked and I have bought 5 rugs. I do feel that obtaining my details and then not able to use the discount code is misleading.”

“Ordered a new runner for our hall, replacing one we've had for years. Lots of choice but one of the selling points for us was that we could get the exact length. No one else had ones long enough. The rug feels good quality and looks great. I thought the price was a bargain. It was delivered promptly and the carrier had tracking so another bonus. Would definitely recommend.”

“I have called this company four times now regarding the return of my order. I still have not yet received a reply and only get a bogus message asking me to leave my phone number and order number. I will not leave the order number on an answering machine because somebody else could use it to get my refund. I have left this message (If I do not hear from a live person by 5 PM today) for the second time. I will call the Better Business Bureau and research the owner of this company and contact the news media about its business practice and what I have experienced. I’ve immediately tried to return this product the following day because it is not the quality that I ordered, and it arrives with all kinds of white stuff looking like feathers rolled up inside. I neatly packaged it up, asking where to send it back to, but yet I still have no reply. I am really disappointed in this company and its business practice and its Customer Service.!!! Ms. Montgomery”
