“I still haven’t received my rug. I never received a tracking number for my rug. I’ve only received the rug grippers. My order was time sensitive so this is causing a lot of issues with my move.”

“I was short on a piece of rug to finish my hallway and stairs. I went on line and ordered another piece to complete the job and noticed after completing the order that the delivery was in approx 2 months time. I telephone your office next day. A very helpful lady said that at the end of March they were expecting a deliver in approx 4 weeks time. She said that she would process my order as soon as it came in, this was Monday. On Friday the same week the new rug was delivered. What a service thank you.”

“Very expensive for what it is. The door mat and runner i ordered cost a lot, I was expecting a thick, well made mat & rug. What arrived was very cheap looking & thin, I could buy much better for a cheaper price from the range or dunelm. Wouldnt recommend.”
