“Difficult communication with this company. Received an incorrect sample. They sent another one it also was wrong. Never ever to speakmto anyone. Phone # hung up on me after 3 minutes, no options to leave a message. There is a claim that a refund was sent but never arrived. Communications all through email. Also I found the same carpet I wanted for HALF the price on another website. Find what you like and look for it elsewhere. DO NOT USE RUNRUG!!”

“Very Pleased, I am using this in front of my sofa to protect the carpet from foot traffic. the colours blend really well between the funiture and the carpet colours. Good Price Quick delivery.”
