“I would love to share some pictures of my new carpet runner, but I still haven’t received it and the due date has pass, plus I also paid for 2-3 shipping, so I’m a little disappointed at this point.”

“We needed to cover deeply imbedded stains on our carpet that couldn’t be removed by cleaning. This carpet was the perfect, lovely solution and tied in with our living room black and beige accents. I love it!”

“So pleased to be able to specify length and pile depth for a hall runner needed to protect our flooring in a high traffic area of our bungalow. Also needed to be hard wearing, attractive but still allow closure of hall door. Found exactly what we needed from Runrug. Expected a long wait as design out of stock but runner arrived quickly and we are delighted with it. Thank you Runrug.”

“I purchased a gorgeous stair runner from you in the past and was hoping for the same quality with this order. The texture of the rug feels awful and the pattern is off. It looks really cheap and now I'm stuck with a rug I don't feel confident displaying in my kitchen.”

Hi Dean, Thank you for leaving us a review. The product you purchased was one that was on 'back order'. This meant that we were 'awaiting' the arrival of the stock. This information is given on the product page and on the basket page before you check-out. After looking into this for you, I can see that the estimated delivery date was March 9th, however it appears that the delivery was successfully carried out yesterday. (March 2nd). Please can you contact us to let us know if you haven't recieved your order and we will do everything we can to investigate this for you. Thank you. Runrug.

“I found this company to be very responsive and excellent customer service and communication. There was a delay in receiving my items which I was completely outside of their control, but they kept me updated throughout and when I emailed less than 24 hours later I received a reply. I received my item with ease and before the deadline time they gave me. I would recommend them.”

“Quality very good am happy with that but very disappointed with colour ? I have paid to have stairs painted bright white with expensive paint to match black runner with White arrived with edgings creamy yellowish. I contacted runrug and was disappointed with glib reply about how pictures are taken ? That doesn't help when carpet nothing like advertised”

“Ordered 2 x 5' runners for the side of a bed. Excellent, so difficult usually to find long thin rugs for this purpose. They look great. We also ordered the same pattern in a long format for the hallway to "warm" a new wooden floor. Looks excellent. Very soft and don't appear to be "walking about".”
