“I purchased a runner and nonslip pad from Runrug and I am very pleased with the beautiful products and excellent customer service. My runner arrived quickly after ordering and what I received was accurately reflected online and is quite beautiful. The nonslip pad was shipped separately and arrived a bit later. I called customer service twice to check in and they reassured me the pad was on its way and gave me a way to track its location. It eventually arrived with no problem. Highly recommend Runrug!”

Hi Devi, Many thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your runner. This runner is a little thicker, more durable, needle-punch carpet with a thick latex backing. This means it can be a little more difficult to fit onto a staircase, however, it is certainly achievable. “The runner I ordered came quickly. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good match so I opted to return. The return procedure was arranged for the following day with pick up from the courier. I’ve been informed that a refund will be issued once the runners are received and I have no reason to doubt this. Thank you Jo for your instructions”
