“I didn't get an update from delivery company so queried it with Runrug. Within an hour they got back to me with an update and reimbursed the next day delivery fee. Good customer service.”

“The rug is beautiful! My carpenter has not unrolled the rug yet, as he did not have his stapleing gun with him on Friday. So I cannot tell you if it is damaged. Another rug was ordered which was slightly narrower. We have not received that order yet.! Dr. Hope K. Fitz”
