“I received two different-width runners. I have tried reaching out, but have not heard anything back. One runner was marked 2ft 4" but it is only 2ft. I need someone to help me.”

“Absolutely love our new stair runner. This one by far the most reasonably priced one that I found online and I looked at a LOT. This one looks incredibly similar to a designer one I looked at that was way too expensive.”

“Product just as it is advertised. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY. We have very energetic beagles and real hardwood floors that need protection. Runrug provides the customer with a myriad of sizes and choices, each beautiful. Hardest part, was picking the right one. Received runner today and very happy and pleased with appearance and durability. You are going to love your new runner from Runrug!”
