“I understood that I would be notified when the rug was dispatched. I received nothing and was also unable to track delivery. Consequently I was out when it arrived but my neighbours accepted it. The rug is exactly as described. It is very comfortable to walk on and most important, it is slip free and secure on my tiled kitchen floor. It looks good as well and the measurements were accurate. Very pleased with the purchase.”

“Id love to see a British company do well here and you have a GREAT product, so here’s some feedback: - use better/higher grade plastic/cardboard wrapping - the one you are using is too flimsy for deliveries going through multiple hubs - change measurements on line to 27.5” wide (it’s more accurate) - if it’s not there already add water/bleach care to your website . Great selling point it’s so easy to clean - amplify that when you buy one rug you get two design options . Noted website says reversible. - when there’s a problem don’t lead with excuses - lead with solutions ! Glad that it all came together at the end.”
