“Hi. Great product at a reasonable price. We're happy with the runner after installation. My review falls short of 5 stars for three reasons 1) Included, should be some way to properly finish the cut edge on a custom installation - essentially all installations 2) you should note that the hold-down rods are not solid but hollow. I would have much preferred old world solid rods 3) It seems that the runner itself is synthetic. A traditional wool or other natural fiber options would have been appreciated. Overall, we are stil happy with the product.”

“Excellent service and price from Runrug. We ordered stair bars on a 3-5 day lead time with a 3 day deadline. The team called us directly and made efforts to speed delivery but with an advisory warning that the standard 5 days might apply. They later called back and confirmed a 2 day turnaround. We were over the moon and the bars are now fitted with our new stairs carpet runner and look fantastic. Thank you.”
