“The samples I received have helped me make a decision about what type of design and what color rug runner will be best for my home. I ordered 3 samples 2 of which were very similar - it would have been really helpful to have the rug name attached to each sample, so I knew which one was Mountain Dove and which one was Urban Flint.”

“Ordered this carpet runner as the size I required was not available on many other sites. Runrug had multiple sizes in many rugs and I found one I loved immediately after searching other sites for a few days. Communication was good, despatch swift and delivery quick (I did pay for next day delivery) The rug itself is lovely, exactly as described and i'm very pleased with my purchase. Would not hesitate to order from these guys again.”

“Unfortunately I received the wrong coloured runner, but they were very helpful with advice about rerturning it and a replacement was sent. I have had runrug runners before and found them very hard wearing.”
