“Ordered an 18ft runner and received a 5ft runner.I guess when your out of stock on an item you send whatever you have.I was charged $250 and received a $70 item.I then had to go online and sort out how to print return label to attach and then bring to Post Office. I hope your smart enough to return my $250 and not the $70 and As soon as possible. I'm 81 yrs old and very sorry I ever got involved with you.”

Hi Nino, Thank you for your review. We're sorry you've had an issue whilst shopping with us on this occasion. We want to let you know that the measurement included on the packaging is in meters as we are a UK-based company. 18ft translates to 5.4m or 540cm. I can see that my colleague is helping you with an exchange to 2 smaller runners as requested. As soon as the original runner is on its way back to us, we'll get the exchange shipped for you. “Delighted with ordering experience choices available and quality of the product including value for money. Only comment whilst you may congratulate yourselves on earlier delivery this is a major issue for someone at work who had organised their week to accommodate delivery on date specified without any communication to check the revised delivery was convenient.”
