“when i placed the order i was quoted 4 to 6 weeks this suited me as i was going away. I then 2 days later was told the order was dispatched and had to delay my leaving time so i was here when the order arived!!”

“The quality of the Rug is fine, however it does not stay in position on the Carpet it’s intended to protect. Basically it moves greatly as you walk on it.”

“It was easy to purchase the rug at what I considered to be a reasonable price. Item was delivered by the date stated at time of purchase. Product delivered visually matched picture shown in on-line photograph. I was very disappointed, however, with tendency of the rug to move and curl up on the floor, thereby requiring it to be straightened out several times a day. Does Runrug supply any product that could be laid under the rug to stop it doing this?”

“Surprised on how thin these rugs are, given the high price I paid for them. They look nice, but the material is hard on bare feet. Durability is something to wait and see about.”
