“Product Quality: A++ Shipping: A++ Will buy from this company again. We purchased beautiful brass stair carpet rods and rod finials. Installation was simple, as each piece had been crafted with care. Note this small issue: Our bank alerted us by telephone that our credit card was being used in a foreign country (England). We approved it on the spot because we'd just placed an order for the same amount. This can happen if ordering from the US. In short, Thank YOU Runrug!”

“Not sure how my husband found your company. So glad he did. The website is super easy to navigate. The choices are enough to be confused over which is prettier. We ended up with a gorgeous (and reversible!) blue runner with a cream pattern. It arrived so quickly. The piece that goes under the rug is essential. Don't skimp on that. The quality of the rug is very high. I love that Runrug can it cut as short or as long as you want. We liked the runner so much that we ordered a short one for a little hallway. 100% chance we would get one of these rugs again if needed.”

“Very good service from ordering sample to delivery of carpet. Samples were excellent and well worth the nominal charge, as like a mini carpet, edged and able to see pattern. Ordered hall runner on Monday lunchtime and it arrived Wednesday lunchtime, looks lovely in hall and better than sample as pile feels slightly thicker.”

“Absolutely brilliant from start to finish I ordered sample of the stair runner first it came in two days. Then decided I’d order the runner which came the next day with just a £5 delivery charge for next day delivery or I could have had free delivery in a couple of days but I couldn’t wait to see the staircase finished so impatient. I’m absolutely over the moon with this runner it’s the key grey pattern and the quality is exceptional from the backing to the binding and the pile is soft but seems hardwearing it has transformed my staircase. I would not hesitate to recommend Runrug for the customer service and quality of runner all at a very good price so pleased I found this company online.”
