“A wonderful company to deal with, customer service and support first class. Bought a rug which didn’t look right in my hallway, despite the issues they were having with delivery, they kept me informed almost daily, collected the rug to return it and replaced with alternative which I love.”

“I wanted a blue Persian runner for my hallway with an underlay so that the runner would stay in position. The quality of the runner is superb and exactly has the image portrayed it to be. The colour has brightened up my Hallway immensely and created the exact look that I was after. The underlay is superb too, clinging to both the laminated floor and runner equally.”

“The rug we received is nice and what we expected. The ordering process was clunky - we were told after ordering the rug would take two months to be delivered. It came in a couple of weeks, for some reason from the UK. A $50 delivery charged was somehow added, though with an email from me this was reversed.”
