“Thick, luxurious, and well-made, our Runrug was the perfect choice for our staircase. The color was as indicated in the online photos, and the pattern was well done. Once installed (easier than I had expected) it immediately made our home look and feel more custom and high-end. The rug shipped quickly but was only loosely packed in a sheet of plastic, which is the one downside and thus kept this review from being 5-star.”

“Would have been 5 star apart from when ordering quoted 3-5 day delivery After placing the order the delivery date stated 10 days On phoning and asking why the difference I WAS TOLD WE DON'T WORK BANK HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS (just what you want to hear) but it was delivered 3 days later just before when away”

“I ordered "black key" stair runner 60cm. When the delivery date changed, I raised a ticket with CS. Joe quickly explained there was a fault on the roll, and I'd ordered at the same time as they were removing it from sale and all orders were switched to"back order" I was gutted! I really didn't want to compromise on quality or style by going elsewhere but also couldn't wait for the back order delivery, so Joe kindly offered alternative colours and sizes. When I emailed back with my preference, I'd no idea it would be processed, packed and shipped that very same day! It was delivered next day by DHL and everything about the runner, and the customer service received far exceeded anything I expected! I recommend this company 100% and I'm already planning my next purchase”
