“It was easy to order from a good selection of options for stair runners. The photos represent the product accurately and it is true to the product description. Delivery was timely and took just a couple of days. The rug is nicely finished on all sides. I am very happy with the price as well. Very satisfied.”

“I ordered two custom length Tribal Grey rug runners. They smelled toxic even after airing them out on the patio, generously sprinkling them with baking soda and cleaning them with a bleach/water solution. The rugs were so noxious they caused me to have a headache. Although these were cutom sized rug runners, Runrug honored a free return and has promised to refund the full amount to my credit card. I received suggestions from Rugrun associates regarding ways to remove the odor. After attempting those suggestions, the rugs still emitted odor. Rugrun was apologetic and graciously accepted the return. I appreciate the timely responses and resolution I experienced with ordering from Rugrun.”
