“when i placed the order i was quoted 4 to 6 weeks this suited me as i was going away. I then 2 days later was told the order was dispatched and had to delay my leaving time so i was here when the order arived!!”

“It was easy to order, the order arrived on time, but the carpet is of such poor material it is barely acceptable for use indoors. It was cheap, but I'd have spent more if I'd known. It is so tough and bristly, it really should be classed as an outdoor doormat.”

“Good service. My stair carpet arrived quickly. My only criticisms being the lack of width choice....I wanted 60cm max...but had to settle for 66cm. Also restricted in the lengths, having to choose too long or too short. My stairs are very crooked, so the carpet is unavoidably crooked. Also the choice I wanted was out of stock, so I had to make a quick decision having the fitter here at the time. I have had some of your runners before and they are lasting very well, though I have had to take two up to accommodate the stair runner. Not sure what to do with the runners now?”

“Poorly packaged as wrapping was half hanging off when it arrived, their courier then decided to throw my rug behind my wheelie bin into mud.Never left a note either so it was there all weekend, could have been stolen...No email etc that confirmed delivery either.”

“Easy website, easy to pay, quick delivery. Carpet fairly good quality for the price. No info on website how to fit the stair runner. The underlay for stairs kit looks like a a load of scrap underlay and broken grippers - so read the website carefully - as its not a kit - its a make your own shapes and sizes to fit the runners and underlay. The stair runner is longer than expected, so all our pre purchase measuring went out the window. Ordered a 540 received at least 565.... Making the runner fix to the grippers is really hard - and we resorted to tacking it in place with a hammer and nails.”

“Received a stair runner that was 3.5” longer then ordered. This would not be a problem for a normal hallway runner but for a stair runner, the correct fit length is critical. Return was easy and communication for shipment of the correct length replacement product was relatively painless. Initial problem caused a 1 week delay. Otherwise product quality and fit was very good once the issue was corrected.”

“We were pleased with the hall runner quality and the prompt delivery. However once we laid it out and cut it to the appropriate length needed we realised the trims along either side of the full length are actually different widths.....two inches along one side and two and a half along the other.I don’t want to trouble to return it now but would be grateful for a small refund.”

“Rugs are off an basic quality and arrived in very flimsy packaging which was burst on arrival. Positively they arrived on time, just a pitty that the courier didn’t give a delivery window so had to wait in the whole day until parcel arrived early evening. Tried to contact courier for a delivery window but unable to speak to anyone, just a recorded message.”
