“I ordered the wrong stair runner by mistake but the return was easy just printing off a couple of new barcodes and back with DHL for a quick turnaround so I'm grateful for that. I haven't installed the carpet yet but am really liking the look of it rolled up ready to lay. Wish it could lay itself now I'd be over the moon!”

Hi Angela, Thank you for your positive review. Naturally, we roll the carpets up with the backing facing outwards to protect the top from potentially becoming damaged or dirty in transit. Due to the range you've purchased being lightweight and quite thin at only 5.4mm, they can sometimes curl up for a short period of time. We generally suggest to roll it tightly the opposite way and leave overnight. Alternatively, you can also weigh down the corners overnight. “Great service by runrug. Ordered my rug from an extensive online selection and had it delivered next day with no fuss or problems. The order process was simple and straightforward as was the payment and delivery process. The rug was delivered securely by courier and arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately the rug slipped badly on my wood floor so I rang rung rug to ask about their anti slip product and spoke to a customer Service representative who informed me about the anti slip backing available and explained that he had the same backing on his rug to stop it sliding and said it worked perfectly. The anti slip backing was ordered and delivered exactly the same as before and I decided to lightly spray glue the backing to the back of the carpet especially along the edges. I had to trim it slightly to make it fit. The rug was transformed when I placed it back down in the room what had been a dangerous experience walking on the rug before with it shooting out from beneath your feet with little notice was now as solid as if it were nailed to the floor. I can fully recommend runrug to anyone in need of a quality rug for their home and with a massive selection of rugs of all sizes and designs there will be something for everyone. Highly recommend”
