“Delighted with ordering experience choices available and quality of the product including value for money. Only comment whilst you may congratulate yourselves on earlier delivery this is a major issue for someone at work who had organised their week to accommodate delivery on date specified without any communication to check the revised delivery was convenient.”

Hi Mary, Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery. We ship our parcels in good faith and it's disappointing when the estimated delivery date is surpassed. I've investigated this with DHL and can confirm that unfortunately, a delay at the depot has affected your delivery. “When I thought I had received my runner rug wrong in length and emailed them a little upset however Joe Riley emailed be right back and addressed how they convert feet and inches to metric system and sure enough when I roll it out on floor it was prefect! Product, delivery and customer service are awesome!!”
