“It all went a bit awry when the intended recipient of my gift would not accept a "cold call" to arrange pick up. I arranged to pick up the parcel at Bents Garden Centre myself, so far so good, but was then never informed that it had arrived! Ah well...got it in the end and all's well that ended well!”

“This is as scam. £30 taken for tickets to a wine tasting. Email confirmation of the order, email to indicate that my “wine”?? Would be shipped in the next 24 hours, nothing turned up. Why not distribute the tickets via email? Did I have to got to Didsbury to pick up?? Who knows?? Steer clear of Reserve Wine tasting events in the future.”

“A gem! First used in April 2020 to send a gift. Excellent selection, easy to order online and prompt, professional delivery. Both my parents and I have made several orders since, and the standard is consistently high. Love the championing of smaller and/ or organic producers. Hope to make it to Didsbury one day and visit the shop, but will be a regular customer online until then!”
