“Easy site to use good choices and prices. Chat line helpful as well. However having received an email saying delivery would be between 6.00pm and 7.00pm and somebody would need to be there to receive wine case it was delivered at 2.30 pm. That could have been a big problem with the wine being taken away as not everyone wfh. It was fortunate that someone was in.”

“Ordering the wines was great, with very helpful descriptions. Parcel force should have delivered Friday but with no explanation we are still waiting, so unfortunately cannot comment on the taste of the wines yet. Obviously this is no fault of Reserve Wine.”
