Confusing info / lack of info about how to buy an online gift voucher and how it would be delivered to the recipient. Turns out it wouldn’t be delivered but to me and I have to email it onwards. Had to ring the shop to ascertain s that and that member of staff had to seek guidance from I think the IT team to answer my query. All sorted in the end but not a smooth customer journey. Also why can’t a voucher bought online (in York) be used in the shop by a family member, the recipient, in Manchester?

I have still not received the wine. I was left a delivery note with no instructions on where to collect it from. The online tracker shows it’s kept at a depot with no ability to re deliver or know the depot’s location/contact

Bottle of white port seemed to show it came in a presentation box (as depicted in online image) but sadly not when I picked it up. Disappointed as was partly chosen as a present for this reason. Shop staff were a little cold and unfriendly but professional.

A bit of a disappointment as I was looking to buy a mixed wines and all I got was 2 wine gift boxes - I will be returning these but of course I will lose money because I have to pay postage.
