“I’ve only started using Reserve Wines over the last year or so. I live in London so can’t get to the store, but they make buying online a great experience. They have a fabulous selection of lovely wines, really helpful staff and brilliant service and delivery. Use them for all our wine now.”

“Easy site to use good choices and prices. Chat line helpful as well. However having received an email saying delivery would be between 6.00pm and 7.00pm and somebody would need to be there to receive wine case it was delivered at 2.30 pm. That could have been a big problem with the wine being taken away as not everyone wfh. It was fortunate that someone was in.”
