“Superb and very quick customer service and also great wines. Will definitely be ordering again. Had a problem with Parcelforce damaging my case of wine which they returned to them. I was kept informed at each stage and a new case was sent to me within about 2 hours.”

“Had a frustration before the wine arrived as they were using parcelforce that wanted to charge me a whopping £12 on top of the £8 I'd already paid just to redeliver on a Saturday. But David at Reserve was very helpful and the wine eventually arrived well packages and as expected. Would use again but will be careful when I order to make sure I can work from home in the following days they're using parcelforce.”

“I was lucky enough to attend a wine tasting evening in Manchester that was ran by yourselves at GRUB and I fell in love with the Tutti Frutti white wine. I immediately had to order myself a bottle, with an extra treat on top of that of course. Website is easy to use along with completing my order and delivery was very quick! “Ordering the wines was great, with very helpful descriptions. Parcel force should have delivered Friday but with no explanation we are still waiting, so unfortunately cannot comment on the taste of the wines yet. Obviously this is no fault of Reserve Wine.”
