“£9 delivery charge with no free returns is unacceptable. It was £12 total deliver + return an unwanted item previously, which was nearly half the price of the original item”

“It all went a bit awry when the intended recipient of my gift would not accept a "cold call" to arrange pick up. I arranged to pick up the parcel at Bents Garden Centre myself, so far so good, but was then never informed that it had arrived! Ah well...got it in the end and all's well that ended well!”
