“Bottle of white port seemed to show it came in a presentation box (as depicted in online image) but sadly not when I picked it up. Disappointed as was partly chosen as a present for this reason. Shop staff were a little cold and unfriendly but professional.”

“Great gift set of 6 mixed wines My issue was that it was put in a much bigger box than for six wines ( I had ordered a half bottle of wine as a present for someone else but was put in the same box). When I then came to gift the 6 wines I had to buy a new wine carrier as the box would have looked like I’d taken some bottles out.”
