Very disappointing. I ordered 12 bottles of wine and received only 6 and of a cheaper vintage. I emailed 6 days ago to ask them to make good the order and still have not had a reply, nor even an acknowledgement.

Reserve Wines is asking for a review on their service when they haven’t even delivered the package to my guess. Their delivery vendor is absolutely useless. I highly recommend not using them. Kind regards, Michael

Ordered on the 14th Dec it's now the 23rd, no package, no updates, parcel force web site shows damaged item, but no information to say when this will be replaced or delivered 😞

Hi Chris, I'm really sorry that you've had this experience with us. Looking at your order, Click and Collect was selected as the delivery option, but I appreciate that this might have been by mistake. I can also see that we've been in contact with you about the collection. We do normally double-check if a click and collect order is for a postcode not in Didsbury, so apologies if this wasn't done. According to Parcelforce, the order has failed to be delivered twice, and returned to the sender. The first time was because of the packaging from your end being not appropriate and no idea why it was not delivered. Very very disappointing and after one successful order I'll not be using your business. Apologies for being so negative, but I was really hoping that the crate would be delivered to my dad in time for Xmas.

Hi Samuel, I'm really sorry that you've had this experience with us. We received your order from Parcelforce back twice over the Christmas period and did immediately resend it out for you, but once it leaves our HQ, I'm afraid we have little control over how the package was handled. We are working on improving our packaging in the most sustainable way that we can and I do apologise that your father wasn't able to enjoy his wine as originally planned. Best wishes Frankie

Hi Emma, I'm really sorry to hear that you've had this experience with us. Looking into this through Parcelforce, we can see the parcel was flagged with an insufficient address. This meant that the parcel was held in Parcelforce's depot and unfortunately we weren't notified about this. You should have received an update from Parcelforce about this at the time however. I'm afraid we have little control once we hand the wine over to our delivery partners and I apologise that this happened to your parcel. I can see that it's now been delivered to you. This is as scam. £30 taken for tickets to a wine tasting. Email confirmation of the order, email to indicate that my “wine”?? Would be shipped in the next 24 hours, nothing turned up. Why not distribute the tickets via email? Did I have to got to Didsbury to pick up?? Who knows?? Steer clear of Reserve Wine tasting events in the future.
