Unfortunately on this visit the two assistants working downstairs were laughing with each other which I can presume was a private joke. This felt quite unfriendly and intimidating, I wasn’t asked if I had a loyalty account and had to prompt them. I have to say out of about 40 visits this was the worst.
The store has also been changed around which I didn’t mind but please please please have more sleepsacks and full body restraints to look at and try on!! Thanks
