“I had custom ordered a latex garment. The wait time for production was very reasonable. The garment, however, arrived defective. In addition to my disappointment for having received a defective garment, I have had to pay an additional 100 EUROS in customs and handling fees, to receive the defective item, only to have to file a refund request and go through the process of returning the item, having now been left without the garment and 100 EUROS paid in customs and handling fees. REGULATION do not return/refund VAT paid, not even when the item is defective. And in this case, they did not offer any form of compensation. Nothing at all for having sent a defective item, and for having put me in a situation where I am to pay 100 EUROS unnecessarily. The service I have received from this vendor has been abysmal. No, never again!”

“First visit to the new store after being a regular customer at the Islington workshop... good feel about the place..a little small...didn't seem to be as much selection. Got served and assisted by a tall guy in leather (sorry didn't get his name)...really helpful,polite and friendly. He advised me to get a smaller size rubber top than the size I had selected...turned out it was a perfect fit ! Could have been a expensive mistake..thank you..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and product knowledge...I wanted to say thanks..so if you pass that on I would be very grateful 🙂”
