Very good quality of the rubber articles. Fast delivered with manageable costs. The conversation with the customer service didn’t run to my full satisfaction.

So I know that the initial issue was because a different carrier grabbed a box, 1 of 2, of mine and caused delays. Where I am frustrated is I kept having to do all the reaching out to find out what was wrong and why the one package that was picked up by FedEx was not being delivered. I was then told that regulation couldn't start my replacement until the one shipped correctly was delivered because they didn't know what items were in which box, but iny order history, had the tracking for every item and you could tell. My replacement items were then placed and I was told 2 weeks. A few days after that, I reached out for an update and then told end of week. The next Monday I reach out and now it's in quality check but never told me when my items would ship. I get that all of this was because a box was given to the wrong carrier at the store, but it took an extra 5-6 weeks to get my items and I had to do all the reaching out for updates. Would have been nice to have been contacted of any updates along the way. Sadly this has soured the experience as I enjoy the products, but having this for shipping logistic issues was not fun.

I had custom ordered a latex garment. The wait time for production was very reasonable. The garment, however, arrived defective. In addition to my disappointment for having received a defective garment, I have had to pay an additional 100 EUROS in customs and handling fees, to receive the defective item, only to have to file a refund request and go through the process of returning the item, having now been left without the garment and 100 EUROS paid in customs and handling fees. REGULATION do not return/refund VAT paid, not even when the item is defective. And in this case, they did not offer any form of compensation. Nothing at all for having sent a defective item, and for having put me in a situation where I am to pay 100 EUROS unnecessarily. The service I have received from this vendor has been abysmal. No, never again!

My first experience ever with Regulation ! The "Bibs & Braces" far exceeded my expectations. The quality craftsmanship is excellent and the turnaround time from the time I placed the order to arrival was very fast. I will be a return customer in the future.

First visit to the new store after being a regular customer at the Islington workshop... good feel about the place..a little small...didn't seem to be as much selection. Got served and assisted by a tall guy in leather (sorry didn't get his name)...really helpful,polite and friendly. He advised me to get a smaller size rubber top than the size I had selected...turned out it was a perfect fit ! Could have been a expensive mistake..thank you..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and product knowledge...I wanted to say thanks..so if you pass that on I would be very grateful 🙂

I dealt with the very tall fella (manager?) while there. He was super friendly, helpful, but not hovering. I’ve shopped at Regulation both online and in store for years (ugh decades!). Always the best!
