“After item that was not in stock, (quite a long while ago), at the time an option was given if I leave my email address, they would advise me when in stock again. True to form, the item now, back in stock they advised me I placed order. 2days later item arrived. Very prompt delivery but mostly from original contact they hadn't forgotten me. Thanks, Regulation”

“Website is easy enough to navigate, first time ordered and products arrived in good time. Products are on the expensive side so I'm always looking for sales and deals. One of the products I bought broke, emailed customer services and a replacement has been sent out immediately which I feel I would definitely use Regulation again based on their excellent customer service. “Love Regulation as an online store, always fast delivery and products always great. Only negative of recent for me of recent is getting email marketing offering “free goodie bags” if you order within xxx. Two orders for two products and nada. I get the “whilst stocks last” but it was less than 12 hours for first order since getting email and second was within 24 hours of the first. It wouldn’t stop me shopping here as love the store but just don’t do marketing you can’t fulfil.”

“Your parcel was shipped promptly and the tracking data was useful however Royal Mail managed to fail to deliver even though they said it was on the way, then delivered when the recipient was out and finally did deliver three days after their first claim to have it reading in the local office for final delivery,”
